Keep those healthy snacks and lunches coming! The food your child eats each day fuels his/her brain and energy. Whatever they eat has a direct impact on their ability to concentrate and learn. So pack lots of those fruits, veggies, whole grains and proteins and limit the sugary snacks. This will be very beneficial to your children and their learning!
